Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days, $5.99 flat rate (free for orders over $50)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and potential delays with the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.
- If you do not receive a tracking number, or if you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team at shilohsprotect@gmail.com.
Shipping Issues
- If your order is delayed or you experience any issues with delivery, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
- Shilohs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@shilohs.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
